Spacecraft autonomy is essential for managing unpredictable anomalies and reducing spacecraft operation costs. Autonomous systems proposed up to now can be classified into two types of approaches, that is, autonomy on the spacecraft and autonomy on the ground. The advantage of the former is that it can monitor all status of the spacecraft in real time and can quickly handle anomalies without ground station interaction. However, due to the limitation of onboard calculation capability, such system lacks some important aspects, for example, flexible modeling capability and optimality in the generated plan. On the other hand, the latter can take full advantage of its rich calculation resource, but these systems can not dea
